My name is Nagoor Pitchai Bin Mutalib. I am from Malaysia and was 47 years old at the time. I had diabetes, and the skin at the back of my heel had become ulcerated. Before taking the enzyme, the affected area at the heel was clearly visible. I later began taking the enzyme, and subsequent photographs showed the condition of the same heel. The before-and-after images show a clear difference in its appearance.
